Research On Influence Of Changbai Mountain Airport On Road Transportation Volume Of Jilin Province

Nature Reserve of Changbai Mountain is a National 4A-class tourist area, with its fantastic landscape, beautiful scenery, fascinating legends and rich natural resources to attract a large number of the concerns of domestic and foreign tourists. However, contrast with other national tourist attractions, its development is relatively slow, which is closely related to the inconvenient of Changbai Mountain's traffic. The establish of Changbai Mountain Airport will greatly improve the traffic environment in Changbai Mountain area of tourism, which greatly shorten the journey time to promote the rapid development of the tourism industry. But it also will bring about a series of issues that can not be ignored, the traffic increase due to the new airport will affect the volume of Jilin road transport-related,so changes in the surrounding Changbaishan road network should be adjusted in order to adapt to new traffic demand. Therefore, this article will study the impact of the construction of Changbai Mountains airport to the road traffic of Jilin province. This study has important theoretical value and practical significance.In this paper, based on the completed of the Fund project of traffic Science and Technology Development in Jilin Province: "study of the Strategies of transport development of Jilin province that can adapt to high-speed railway, airport and the construction of urban. "in this paper we comparativly analysis the prediction method on traffic volume in domestic and international, select the forecast method adapt to the trend traffic volume and induced traffic volume of every area under the influence of the construction of the airport in Changbai Mountain to forecast the traffic volume. Analysis the variation of traffic volume seasonal and hours that in region affected of the project analysied. Use the software transportation planning TransCAD,make traffic assignment of peak-hour traffic in traffic network, comparing the V/C of the same road section that project affection or not, and then analyzed the impact of the construction of Changbai Mountains airport on the volume of road transport of Jilin Province. The full text is divided into five chapters, of which,Chapters III, IV are the core of the paper. the main contents of the various parts is as follows. The first chapter introduces the project that relying on this thesis, analyzed the significance and the background of research, under the overview the research methods and theories both at home and abroad,wo get what we researched in this article, and make the foundation of follow-up study.Chapter II introduced the concept of traffic area and of the basic principles that divide transport.Identified the impact of airport construction based on the flight levels, airport property and function of Changbai Mountain, in considering the actual service of Changbai Mountain Airport, the structure of existing road network in Jilin Province to divide traffic micro-zoning of the region that effected,totally divided into10 internal micro-zones and 3 external micro-zones.Chapter III will be the road is we divided long-term traffic volume into trends traffic volume, transfer traffic volume and induced traffic volume. In the analysis of characteristics and development trend of several traffic volume,we summarized the current method that forecast trends traffic volume and induced traffic volume in domestic and international, and compared the advantages and disadvantages of various methods. Based on its own characteristics of the impact of airport construction,using gray prediction model and growth curve respectively to forecast the long-term trend and induced volume in traffic,and the forecast results verify the validity of this model.Chapter IV, through the conversion factor transfer the passenger and freight traffic volume of traffic into the area traffic volume.
