Quality Management Optimization In Nanyang Lake Bridge Project

Construction industry has become the foundational industry of our society.As the products of building engineering,construction object will need large numbers of money,labor force,materials and energy.Investors want to acquire top-quality and usable construction product by their investment,which can also provide profits to construction unit.And it is crucial to get the qualified product constructed without any letup.Therefore,the quality management of construction object is chosen as this research object,and it is important and meaningful for the whole process of construction object.The quality of construction ensures the producing and life of society and the subsistence and development of building firm,which is also the foundation of getting benefits.In this paper,first,the quality management was defined,the quality characteristic and quality management of the construction object was summarized,and the method of quality management was expatiated,which is called total quality management.Then,the character,concept frame and research method of total quality management were stated.And the process,function,assignment,the systematic operation,criteria and monitoring methods of quality management were also stated in detail.Basing on the different implication of quality and construction object quality,the quality management in work progress was mainly discussed.The quality management in construction stage is a systematic control process,which includes the ftrst quality control of resource and qualification,the next quality control of work progress,and final production quality test.As the nature of engineering construction is a kind of producing,it is necessary to manage the five factors in the whole process,which also affect the quality of construction object.They include Man, Machine,Material,Method and Environment.In this paper,the quality control method and the application of total quality management in Nanyang Lake Bridge Project.And in the operation,the quality control was applied and the results were analyzed.In addition,the basic tools of quality control,including bar graph,control chart and case and effect diagram,were used to make qualitative analysis,evaluate and improve the quality of the project. Consequently,the goal of better quality and more profits were achieved.
