The current energy mainly provided by fuel and nuclear materials,and these materials are very limited and scarce,and its prices gradually increased progressively,therefore it is particularly important to improve motor efficiency.The motor light loading and no-load operation is still more common,and the ordinary AC motor itself is a large inductive load, which resulted in that the natural motor power factor is lower,and the proportion of the consumption of reactive power is larger,so the power grids of energy loss is increasing.The motor are becomed the main energy provider for industrial and civilian,and coupled with a huge proportion of electricity consumption,therefore,it seems very meaningful of saving energy and reducing consumption,reactiving power compensation and the electrical power factor of improving of motors.In recent years,with the devlopping of the power electronics technology,computer technology and modern control technology,the double-fed motor in the speed-control system and the control system of energy-saving is widely applied.The paper is mainly research on the control energy-saving of the double-fed motor.Firstly,this article begins with the theoretical study of doubly-fed motor Constant power control technology,and according to the principle of vector control establishes the mathematical model of constant power control,introducts of the relationship between the type power factor angle,the rotor voltage and the electrical parameters,thenconducts the simulation analysis,which laid a theoretical basis for the full text study.Secondly,the experimental system of doubly-fed machine integrated control is established,and it is the energy-saving control platform of experimental study in future.It Includes the doubly-fed machine integrated control experimental system control cabinet design,the main circuit design and control circuit design.This experimental system consists of DC motor loop,double-fed machine and network control loop,double-fed motor speed control loop composition,and there are two control platform for the experiments with the doubly-fed generator control and double-fed motor control. Finally,based on the theoretical study and simulation analysis,it is developed the experimental energy-saving systems of the doubly-fed motor control with the TMS320F2407 digital signal processor(DSP),and also a great deal of experimental research is proceed.It mainly includes such experiments as VVVF control,power factor control and constant power control.The experimental results show that constant apparent power saving control technology can take full advantage of motor reserve capacity,and compensate power on the grid for reactiving,so it improves the transmission system and power grid operating efficiency and saves energy.
