Most of the oil pumping units in the field of air pumping underloading and under the condition of full load operation,motor efficiency and power factor are low,serious waste of energy.Due to the special situation of oil field,the periodic change of the load,it is difficult to make the motor run in high power factor,and the synchronous motor can be changed by adjusting to the excitation current of the motor output power factor,mechanical line and load characteristics match,which makes the motor greatly enhance the work efficiency,reduce unnecessary the implementation of energy saving in the background of the present state of promoting energy conservation,it is very necessary to design a kind of excitation energy saving device table operation.The main task of this thesis is to design a set of digital excitation regulator,the oil pumping machine whether it is full or light load to high power factor operation,make the power factor close to 1,the operation effect of the motor,the best energy saving effect is good,the switch through the PIC16 F Series MCU to control IGBT.Adjust the excitation current of synchronous moto,realize the automatic adjustment of power factor at different loads,hardware and software to complete the overall design of the fuzzy control,using the new PID control algorithm,fuzzy control algorithm and the traditional PID are combined into the excitation system,and the simulation by MATLAB,the simulation results are obtained.The simulation experiments show that the system response speed,good performance high degree of control,compared with the traditional excitation controller has better tracking performance,real-time adjust more quickl,good energy-saving effect,to achieve the desired effect.
