With the increasing power of Turbine-Generator(T-G) unit and much more complexity of dynamic behavior,it has already increased the possibility of Oil-Film and augmented the dangerous of Oil-Film,simultaneously with the rapid development of network technology it is of great importance to develop the remote T-G unit vibration fault diagnosis system based on B/S.This paper is mainly focused on the developing the platform of remote T-G unit vibration fault diagnosis system based on the principles of engineering practicability which is used to diagnose the Oil-Film instability.Firstly,the mechanism and relevant symptom are summarized from different prospects.Secondly, the parameters of diagnosis rule is obtained by the method of intensity and precision parameters,then the reasoning mechanism is designed,the expert system is used to diagnosis the Oil-Film fault.Finally,the overall program of the system is designed,the technique related to remote fault diagnosis is researched and developed the main function module.After testing,the remote vibration fault diagnosis system is succeeded in diagnosing the Oil-Film instability.
