The grid connected wind turbine is often affected by voltage fluctuations which is one of the characteristics of grid, thereby affecting the performance of controllers. The wind power system is a nonlinear time delay system, and the voltage of stator side always fluctuates. Firstly, this paper analyses the operation in theory,it sets up the mathematical model of doubly fed induction generator two-phase rotating coordinate system according to the coordinate transformation theory.Meanwhile it also amends the model considering the power grid voltage disturbance.Secondly, this paper analyses the characteristic relationships between output mechanical power and rotation speed. And the control strategy of maximum wind energy capture is proposed. It also sets up a variable speed constant frequency(VSCF) wind power vector control system. Finally, the predictive functional control(PFC) is applied to capture of the largest wind energy. And it also designs the predictive function controller. Through the simulation, the control performance of PFC under the stator-side grid voltage disturbance conditions is verified correct and successful.
