With the development of the information technology and Internet technology,the quality,network reliability,operation level of common communication network all have got enormous rise.Applying the GPRS technology in remote monitoring system of power parameter distribution internet network,it resolves the communication network problem of power multi- parameter monitoring system.On the grid in order to achieve a comprehensive that power multi-parameter can be on-line monitored by real-time checking,recording and analyzing in power network,then the scientific evidences can be provided to improve the power quality.By introducing the power parameter test technology and GPRS technology,this paper put forward a kind of remote monitoring system of power parameter on the basis of GPRS.This system is made up of following parts:data gathering,data communication,data processing analysis and monitoring.The part of data gathering is combined with DSP and CPLD.It can be used for measuring all basis power quality parameters including voltage,current and power,evaluating power quality indices such as harmonic analysis,frequency deviation,voltage fluctuation and flicker etc.The part of data communication is combined with the system extends RS485 serial communication interface and GPRS module which to achieve the data communication with Internet.The part of data processing analysis and monitoring is achieved by database of upper computer.Emphases of the paper are laid on following:First is describing some relevant knowledge.Second is the section of system hardware, which introduces how to research DSP digital core board and CPLD peripheral function board.Third is the development of lower computer software,it introduces various task modules based on open source embedded real-time operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱ,including portingμC/OS-Ⅱin F2812 core,AD sampling task,data processing task, key/LCD display task etc.Add on,the settings of GPRS DTU which make the system can remote monitor.Than the paper shows the development of upper computer software,it includes interface design, function modules design,database design,software packaging.More over,we combined software with virtual instruments control to make interface friendlier and enhance the function of software.At last,the paper completes to debug system hardware and software and the system integration.In this foundation,it implements the sample of overall testing,and also mentions some problems to solve,and it forecasts the future development tendency.
