Exploration On The Remodeling Strategy Of Old Factory Building To Office Building Based On Ecological Techniques

This thesis is one part of the research on the recycle of old factory buildings as office ones in reutilization of old buildings. It is mainly concerning the numerously existing old factory buildings in cities. The purpose of this research is to find an appropriate approach based ecological technique to realize this reconstruction for current China.Recently in China, there are huge number of unused and abandoned old factory buildings ,due to the readjustment of functions of cities and structure of the industry .Therefore, the exploration on remodeling strategy of old factory building has great universal significance. We should use strategy based on ecological technique to reduce the adverse effects on the environment, in remodeling the old factory building to office building.This thesis make a research on the developing process and characteristics of existing state about the reuse of old factory building,by analysis of project and theory.The paper mainly elaborated below the contents:(1) Make a research on replacement and replacement margin ,which caused by the renewal of old factory buildings, With particular emphasis on the important role of it in the reconstruction.(2) Make a sum-up of the System steps of the renewal in turning an old factory to a office building, as well as the research of Macro-strategy .(3) Make a study on adaptive renewal method based on ecological technique , and have a discussion on the content of remodeling based on the renewal in turning an old factory to a office building.(4) With system steps to old factory building renewal, make a study and analysis on the remodeling examples called No.3 factory in Shenzhen district.In sum, we find various ways for recycle of old factory buildings as office ones, which are based on the current development and experience of China and other countries. By investigating replacement process of remodeling,the choice of remodeling strategy and planning of remodeling program, the implement of recycle methods and related cases,we can obtain a new systematic theory for remodeling strategy based on ecological technique.
