Large-scale shipbuilding gantry crane is the key equipment of ship construction, Domestic shipyards have since purchased it,which whit the lifting weight more than 900t, the span beyond 220m,the lifting height approach to 100m,However,with the equipment' scale-larging,the dynamic issues in the process of using is increasingly highlights.It requires us to deepen theoretical research on the dynamic characteristics of this type of crane,And use more dynamic design method.The thesis,by the study of a large-scale shipbuilding gantry cranes,whith theory guidance of the finite element method,structural mechanics,dynamics and so on,By means of ANSYS software,by The use of mathematical modeling and computer simulation approach combining,on the basis of the results of previous studies,analysis dynamic and static characteristics of this type of cranes more deeply.There has been some meaningful results mainly in the following areas:(1) Use ANSYS software to establish the gantry cranes of parametric finite element model and do static analysis;(2) Establish the gantry cranes' dynamic model with lift loads excitation and figure out the displacement response expression,and do the numerical simulation on that working conditions,summed up the factor of impact on dynamic load.(3) Analysis several motor acceleration curve,on the state of goods' up and lifting, Analysis state of the vibration on entire process.Derived from formula of dynamic load factor which is simple relatively,provided the basis for the parameters' selection(4) Using ANSYS software make the modal and transient analysis of the crane structure,Obtained the vibration frequency,vibration mode,And displacement,stress response curves under the dynamic load etc.through the comparison of the calculation results on different loading conditions,confirms the theoretical analysis the conclusions(5) Through the calculation of the gantry crane gantry structure' mechanical model,figure out impact of the linear stiffness between main beam and outriggers on the static deflection and dynamic stiffness,make some comments and suggestions for the main beam,rigid outrigger,flexible outrigger stiffness' matching to each other(6) Based on the results of sensitivity analysis of the structure,identify structure's the parameters of the greatest impact on dynamic characteristics.And the selection of these parameters as design variables,do an optimal design for the whole structure,Find out a suitable dynamic optimization design methods for large-scale gantry crane.
