| Disc-brake has very simple working principle and reliable performance,has been widely applied in all kinds of vehicles and become one of the important components of vehicles.Disc brakes have become an important guarantee of the vehicle safety device,its quality and brake performance is an important index of the manufacturer concerned.Disc-brake test rig is testing the quality and performance of the brake equipment manufacturers,is the indispensable important experiment device of the brake company.The traditional brake inertial system adopts mechanical simulation of vehicle plate motion inertia system test,the inertia big volume,the inertia adjustment difficulties,automation and precision.In view of the above problems is proposed based on electric vehicle brake disc brake the inertia of the system design thought. Test based on the analysis of the mechanical inertia mathematical model,and puts forward the inertia,retain little electricity motivation needed to replace simulation experiment method of inertia big.The electricity system of inertia is small,can realize stepless inertia.Electric control system is ultimately through rotary inertia of the motor torque.According to this theory,the paper put forward by matrix converter and direct torque control system,combination of electric power transmission control scheme inertia,focus on space vector modulation of matrix converter and direct torque control principle,the electric power transmission control system of inertia of the scheme.Thus the disc-brake test system of electric inertia data acquisition and response speed,can meet detection requirements.Finally,according to the inertia of the disc brake electricity mathematical model analysis,the use of MATLAB software SIMULINK tool of inertia system simulation. Then will the simulation results and mechanical flywheel inertia of experimental results were compared and analyzed,and the results show the feasibility that electricity inertia system is feasible. |
