Research On The Cost Management In The Power Distribution Construction Project

In this paper,through the importance of the cost management in the power distribution project,it expounded on the theory analysis of the cost management in the construction project,thereby from the six angles as establishing the management concept of the cost control,finding a rational,comprehensive and effective management system, targeting cost control,strengthening cost control of the project construction,tracking, testing and analysis summary,appropriate to deal with the relationship related to the cost to study the cost control in the construction project in measures and specific ways. Finally,cost management of the project issues have been studied and countermeasures have been obtained.
