Cost Control is one of the core contents of enterprise management,which is related to the sustainable development ability of enterprises.Project Cost Control is one of the core factors that affect the total cost of an enterprise and directly affects the profitability of an enterprise group.The relationship among project quality,project cost and project schedule has dialectical unity of opposites.The traditional cost management only emphasizes the cost control in the construction process,and does not start with the design link of the control in advance,designs the cost structure,focuses on the key link of the control cost,thus reduces the cost truly.Based on this,this paper takes t thermal power plant steam induced draft fan as an example to study its cost control.This paper comprehensively considers the relationship between the above three from a global perspective,and puts forward a mathematical model to optimize the project cost with the constraints of schedule and quality,so as to realize the collaborative control of the three.The preparation of the paper is described from six parts.Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of the topic,as well as the research degree achieved or achieved at home and abroad,and defines the final point of view to be discussed in this paper and the structural form of this paper;Then it leads to the summary of relevant theories,and introduces the theoretical concepts of quality control,cost control,schedule control and "non surplus concept";In order to pave the way for the application of the cost control design model,the main object of this design is introduced,that is,the steam driven induced draft fan reconstruction project of T thermal power plant.After comprehensively introducing the implementation background,significance and overall project overview of the project,the project cost optimization model is creatively established in heavy ink.The model takes the project duration and project quality as the boundary conditions,Then,the project cost optimization model under the constraints of progress and quality is proposed,and then the optimization model is applied to the technical transformation project of steam induced draft fan in t thermal power plant.Using the "non surplus concept",and through the brainstorming and in-depth and detailed discussion and demonstration of relevant expert groups,the boundary conditions of the optimization model are determined to maximize the engineering benefits of the project,Realize the cost optimization of technical transformation project,and explain the construction process;Then,some safeguard measures related to the technical transformation project are put forward for the design.Finally,it makes conclusions and prospects,summarizes the shortcomings of this paper,and provides a new direction for follow-up research.
