Proof of numerous project construction practice and theory,in the process of project construction,cost control and schedule control can not be artificially cut apart,were carried out supervision.When some unpredictable or unknown factors,resulting in the project progress is slow and the cost overruns,if only the factors to analysis and evaluation of unilateral,it may lead to miscarriage of justice.Because of the time and resources to the project schedule,project cost together with each other as a whole,related by flesh and blood in the process of project management and project management to the project schedule and cost management,combined control.In this paper,the author has many years of experience in project management in the management process to collect data and management data,and combined with the theories of project management,on the basis of in-depth understanding of H project management situation,from project management point,closely around its implementation stage of the project(in)related to the contents of the cost and schedule control,the earned value analysis method in the specific application of this stage.The main chapters of this paper are as follows:the first part introduces the background,significance,current situation,content and methods of this study.The second part defines the basic concepts,introduces the related theories,such as project schedule control theory,project investment dynamic control theory,the factors affecting the project schedule and cost.In the third part,the basic situation and existing problems of H Engineering is explained.In the fourth part,the paper introduces the methods and evaluation of the cost and schedule of the H project by using the earned value analysis method.In the fifth part,the specific measures that should be taken to use the earned value method,including organizational measures,technical measures,management measures and economic measures.The last part,summarizes the full text,draws the conclusion,points out the deficiencies and research prospects.
