Research On Problems Of Construction Project Cost Management In ZL Company

In recent years,the market competition of the construction industry has become increasingly fierce.And how to reduce the cost of the project has become the focus of many construction enterprises.However,some enterprises still have many problems in the management of project cost in the daily life.For construction enterprises,how to analyze these problems and put forward specific solutions is also the top priority in the management of project cost.Firstly,this paper introduces the definition and common methods of the construction project cost management,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following contents.Secondly,this paper introduces the current situation of construction project cost management in ZL Company by taking the construction project cost management organizition and the cost management of preconstruction stage,construction period,completion period as the entry point.Thirdly,the paper puts forward some problems in ZL Company,such as the large deviation in project schedule,the omissions in signed contract,low coordination between cost and schedule management,lack of effective supervision on the material receiving and dispatch,chaotic management at the constructon site,construction is not according to the criteria strictly and so on,and the paper also offer suggestions,such as strengthen bussiness planning,reinforce contract review,manage the cost and progess coordinately by using EVM,futher improve the division of duty,right and benefit,strengthen material management at the construction site,reinforce the cooperation among different departments and so on,the paper is intended to help ZL Company solve problems effectively and further improve the project cost management level.In the end,this paper is also intended to give some enlightenment to some enterprises who have similar problems in the construction project cost management,and it is also the significance of this paper.
