As the truth that the traditional calibrating method is not suitable for testing electric transformer,A new type calibrator for electronic current transformer is developed by using virtual instrument technology,based on the IEC standard and error analysis theory.This paper discusses the development of the calibration system for electronic transformers with digital output.The calibration system is make up of three parts,including standard channel,calibrated channel,virtual calibrator.Firstly,the digital output and merging unit of electronic transformers is introduced.This paper analyzes synchronous data acquisition from the two channles of the calibration system in detail.Then,the realization of the data acquisition system combined with hardware and software methods is introduced.About the development of the calibration system,this paper introduces calibration system hardware components,and gives out its error theory analisis.After that,the design and realization of virtual calibrator is introduced in detail,include the research of the algorithm by using windows and interpolation methods with DFT.At the last of the paper,the source of uncertainty of the calibration system is analyzed,the uncertainty components is calculated.
