Research And Application On Conceptual Design Method Of The Mechatronics Products Based On Function

Production innovation is the basic tasks of the enterprise innovation, and the conceptual design of product incarnates the most important and valuable of the production innovation. In the process of product design, innovation is mainly expressed in the process conceptual design. As a key point, function goes through the whole process of conceptual design.Function design of product is very important in the conceptual design, the substance of concept design process is a realization of function definition, function analysis, function combination and function structure of product, and a process of precept that is optimized. The function model of the product carries on description and expression to the function behavior of the product, which play an important role in the product design and the analysis. It is important to establish reflects between the function and the structure by the restriction of behavior, for the realization of the function structure in the concept design. It is the detailed description of behavior solution of the function request.First, the thesis described the concept, content, characteristic of conceptual design and theories that concerned such as functional modeling. And this thesis chose the most people's commonly used function behavior structure method as a basis to establish the mapping model. Emphatically in the analysis of function and the behavior decompose as a basis, under the corresponding mapping restraint, to from function to structure algorithm research. Then the thesis analyzed the solution finding process of Function-Behavior-Structure mapping in detail and established a general design process model of conceptual design stage in electromechanical products based on the description.The thesis explained the issues of functional representation methods, motion rule and principle design of mechanism in the conceptual design stage of electromechanical products design. It took the description of the conversion of input movement and output movement as the main representation method of mechanism functions in conceptual design stage and put forward a conceptual design process of mechanism design by combining the general conceptual design process model presented before.Secondly, function units knowledge, mapping knowledge and mechanism knowledge are described and coded. Then the chief function model base of products, function units knowledge base, mapping knowledge base and mechanism base are built, and do some research of each repository management. Then one kind of feasible evaluation module of the conceptual design system of electromechanical products is built. Finally the scheme design of the municipal pipeline opening is validated as an example to validate the conceptual design system of the conceptual design system of electromechanical products. It has important theory meaning and practical value in the automation and intelligentization of the design of electromechanical products, shorting the development cycle and improving design efficiency and quality.
