Hydroelectric project construction quality is the core of the building projects .As the characteristics of hydroelectric is complex , the task is very arduous.In this paper, network video surveillance, three-dimensional visualization, GPS technology and GIS technology is used, and it make a more indepth research on the quality control of information technology and its integrated management system of hydroelectric projects.First, Construction of hydroelectric projects is a huge systematic project, which often involves the construction of the overall layout, construction staging and diversion methods, such as building design , layout process, And the structure around the station, underground caverns, dams and other projects need to be able to image a visual display of its spatial location, the construction process and the logical structure of relations. With the progress of science and technology, combined with GIS (Geographic Information System) and the three-dimensional visualization tools to express this relationship is entirely achievable. This method uses a detailed simulation of three-dimensional model to show the design works , the time , space on the logical relationship and dynamic construction process; In the process of dam construction, with the RTK-based GPS Automatic high-precision measurement technology to monitor the Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) process quality, whicih achieve the real-time video, three-dimensional simulation images and real-time observation data to the unity of the trinity.Second, the quality control of the hydroelectric project is divided into pre-control, a matter of control, after the three stages of control in this article. The theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of program evaluation is used in the construction scheme selection, and this evaluation method is integrated into the construction quality control information management system by instance analysis. In accordance with the technology of the project ,it form a set of quality control of Internet-based management information system for the entire project to ensure the quality.Third, combining with the operation mode of the integrated quality information management system of the hydroelectric project , it make a base on the Internet information management platform architecture. This architecture is not only applies to the construction of hydroelectric projects ,but also applies to the other large-scale complex projects, and it make all the other kinds of information systems operate smoothly on this model.In this paper, the results of research is strong practical and feasible. It can provide a more comprehensive means to quality control and hydroelectric project-related staff. it can also be used as the project management of information technology to further improve the system ,which provide a more effective method of quality control to the construct of hydroelectric projects .
