Research On The Application Of BIM Technology In Government Agency Construction Projects

In the process of China's economic and social development,government investment project is a very important part,which plays an irreplaceable role in the process of guiding,promoting and regulating social investment.With the continuous deepening of China's investment system reform,the construction and management form of government investment projects has gradually changed from the mode of investment,construction,management and use to the mode of functional separation.Agent construction system has been widely used in government investment projects.Project management is gradually integrated with BIM,cloud computing and other information technology,which makes the project management mode based on Internet increasingly integrated,lean and intelligent.In order to promote the all-round application of BIM Technology in all aspects of construction,Shandong Province proposes that by 2020,BIM Technology should be used in municipal engineering and large and medium-sized buildings mainly with state-owned funds.This paper takes the BIM application of agent construction management of government investment projects as the research object.Firstly,it makes an in-depth analysis of the project agent construction mode and the related concepts of BIM.Through the investigation and analysis of the status quo of agent construction project management and the application of BIM Technology in Shandong Province,this paper combs the management mode of government investment projects in Shandong Province,and analyzes the necessity of BIM application based on agent construction mode Feasibility analysis to demonstrate the feasibility of BIM application based on agent construction mode.At the same time,it discusses the application strategy,application organization and application measures of Bim in each stage of the whole life cycle around the establishment of agent construction management mode with agent construction unit as the core.Finally,the effectiveness of BIM application in agent construction project is verified by an engineering case of BIM application in agent construction system,and the organization form,process,measures and methods in the application process are presented,which can be used as reference for other similar projects.Based on the whole life cycle of project management,this paper discusses the problems that BIM should deal with in stages,and establishes the corresponding workflow and organizational structure,so as to promote the integration and development of agent system and BIM Technology.
