With the rapid development of information technology and wide use of computer, the application of computer simulation in every field increasingly attracts attention of research workers,and it is bound to magnetize more and more talents engaging their professional simulation research.In the modern marine fuel oil purifying system,Alfa Laval separators which are international famous equipment dominate the global market.Marine fuel oil purifying system is the basement for keeping the marine power system in good condition.So it is of great importance to do research work on marine fuel oil purifying system composed with Alfa Laval separators.On the one hand,it clutches the application reality and prospect of marine equipment;on the other hand,grasps technology latest development,applying the advanced simulation technology into practical projects.This article introduces the fuel oil purifying system composed with new-typed Alfa Laval separators.The fuel oil purifying system is designed with AutoCAD according to its working characteristic and practical project requirement.Moreover, the oil tanks,separators,pipes and valves of fuel oil purifying system are designed and type-selected.The design of fuel oil purifying system is a significant basis of the following simulation.The mathematical model is the key of fuel oil purifying system simulation software.Mathematical models of fuel oil purifying system are composed of the separating model of separator,motor current model,pump model,heater model,oil tank model,water tank model and so on.This paper describes the theory and modeling method of the above models in detail,and builds models and analyzes simulation results via Matlab/Simulink for the complicated dynamic mathematical models.This article illuminates how to convert models to codes by introducing the design and realization of the separating model and controller model.The simulation software of fuel oil purifying system is developed with Visual C# programming language in the.NET environment.This software functions include layout of fuel oil purifying system,simulation of automatic control and operation of separator,alarm display,malfunction simulation,operation log display and log file save,data display and export,curve drawing etc.The technologies of GDI+ and ADO.NET have been applied,and it also has made good use of other advantages of Visual C# programming language. Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several design schemes and considering practical research situations,the author does research on teledata collection and remote control system based on Ethernet,which is applied as micro-controller.At the same time,on the basis of studying UDP,the creative definition of communication orders between personal computer and micro-controller is accomplished,and the communication protocol is optimized greatly.So data communication between the personal computer simulation software of fuel oil purifying system and micro-controller is realized,and the whole fuel oil purifying system simulator is developed successfully.
