The ship fuel system is one of the important power line systems to ensure the safe navigation of the ship.Practice has shown that it is not uncommon for crew members to suspend or damage accidents due to misoperations of the fuel system.The ship fuel simulation training system is one of the important components of the marine engine simulation training system.In the existing turbine simulation training system,the simulation model of the fuel system is too simplified,only can meet the basic operation training function,and can not meet the deeper training and training tasks such as troubleshooting and emergency treatment.Therefore,improve the existing Fuel simulation model,the development of a fully functional fuel simulation training system is imminent.In view of the shortcomings of the existing fuel simulation training system,the thesis has carried out in-depth research on the mathematical modeling and simulation of the fuel system and its control equipment,mainly completing the following work:Firstly,based on the composition and characteristics of the fuel system of a 10,000-box container ship,the mathematical model of the installation,storage,transfer and supply of fuel system,oil pump,oil tank,self-cleaning filter and viscosity control equipment is established.The model calculation program is completed by VC++.Through the calculation of the established mathematical model,the operating parameters of the fuel system are obtained.Comparing the calculation results with the navigational experimental data,the simulation error is less than 5%,which indicates that the simulation model can correctly reflect the steady-state and dynamic characteristics of the fuel system,which can meet the accuracy requirements of simulation training.Secondly,on the basis of the preliminary work,the simulation model is integrated into the existing turbine simulation platform in the form of a dynamic link library;Using VC++ to develop visual operation interfaces including installation,storage,transfer and supply pipelines,oil pumps,oil tanks,self-cleaning filters and viscosity control equipment,and develop a ship fuel simulation training system;The simulation experiments show that the functions realized by the simulation training system are similar to those of the actual system,and can complete the basic functions,special operations,troubleshooting and emergency processing.Finally,the developed fuel simulation training system is integrated into the intelligent examination system platform of China Maritime Service Center,which improves the functions of training and examination;Prepared typical operational training and troubleshooting questions for the fuel system and its control equipment;The simulation experiment shows that the test and automatic evaluation results are correct and reasonable,and the correctness of the ship fuel simulation training system is verified.
