The piston pump driven by Pressure, because of its high stress, simple structure, is in a wide use of mechanical engineering and applications engineering operations. However, there is less functional, less technical performance, unreasonable structure inadequacies in present piston pump. Although the axial and radial piston pump are in wide use at the high pressure, especially in the field of ultra-high pressure, there are also disadvantages such as complex, expensive, the high pulse rate and so on.The main focus of this paper studied both of the above-mentioned direction. The main research results obtained are as follows:(1) Designed and innovated the pneumatic pump by using of creative techniques, combined with symmetry, in series, parallel, and other methods of logic. Compared with the similar devices, the innovated pneumatic pump is great improved in General technical performance target. The innovative design logic route also has inspiration and reference to other devices and technological innovation .(2) Designed and innovated the new pneumatic pump driven by Pneumatic Muscle instead of common rigid cylinder. It can adapt to poor working conditions, especially suitable for the use of Field work.(3) Designed and innovated the new pump driven by servo motor, the NC constant flow Piston Pump only use two plunger, through the programming control to maintain a constant output flow in theory, and the variable is also very convenient. Compared with the traditional piston pump plunger, the structure of NC constant flow Piston Pump is significant simple.(4) Designed and innovated the new rod hinge Piston pump driven by linear servo motor and Crank and Connecting Rod Piston Pump driven by Rotation servo motor. Through programming changes in the scope of pressure angle of approach, it is not only can achieve a wide range at variable flow, and also can stress free to change the output. Compared with the traditional piston pump plunger, the technical performance is great improved.(5) The technical parameters, the calculation formula and the curve in the paper, there is design guidance with the reference value of the engineering.
