The selection and settlement of busbar is very important in distribution panel R&D. In designing, especially for busbar Electric Power Force quantification calculating, we often estimate by our working experience or consult some national standards or IEC specifications and other relative technical documents, for there are so few information to refer. So I did the quantification calculating for busbar reasonable settlement and reduce damages caused by Electric Power Force Effect, so as it can be a reference to new product developing.This article starts at theoretic calculation of EPF, then derives EPF received by busbar system in LV switchgear on steatbale and transient state. Afterwards, combined with working reality, several typical busbar settlements in 3C authentication are selected to EPF quantification calculate and resonance verify, and be compared with the reality in type-test, and to prove in theory the rationality of busbar designing in 3C authentication which gain their ends for serving construction indeedly.
