Wheel loader is an important type of construction machinery. The quality and effect of the design determine its working mechanism.In the past, analogy and construction method have been used on the design of the work device, which make the job tedious, low accuracy and long. so the kinetics and dynamics research on loaders' working device,It is the most effective means that adopting the advanced method to raise design level. Mainly,i have done the works as the following:①Combine the traditional design theory with the modern design method and the working theory of the wheel loaders' working device. The mathematical models of the working mechanism of the wheel loaders' working device are built and the foundation of simulation research of virtual wheel loader prototype is established。②It elaborates systematic theory of rigid body, then introduces simulation software ADAMS. According to study action object requirement for loaders'working device, this paper utilizes ADAMS software to establish the overall space model of RSCPM, and utilizes optimization to carry out optimization simulation.③In the process of the dynamics analyze of the working equipment, use the software ADMAMS to simulate the system. Automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical includes mechanical system kinematics analysis and dynamics. Find out the disciplinarian of the working equipment. Analyze the action of the working equipment, like the parallel remove and automatic flat down. Know the action of the unload angle and the drive angle. Study and compute the force of the bucket, the connecting of rod and rocker.Using modern CAE software ADAMS,this paper is used to conduct the kinetics and dynamics analysis of loaders'working device。Combine theory with practice,this optimization method which based on the model of virtual prototype has general applicability to the optimized research of loaders'working device.
