Roadbed structure is an important structure in highway engineering, the damage is more serious under the earthquake's function. Therefore, in order to reduce the roadbed damages caused by the earthquake, study on the standard for anti-earthquake fortification of roadbed structure is particularly important.This paper analyzed the test results of static and dynamic triaxial test,adviced the value of the strength indexs on analyzing the stability of the roadbed structure.Through analyzing the forces acting on the roadbed,deduced the pseudo-static forums of Swedish slip-circle method,Simple Bishop method and imbalance thrust force method. Through analyzing the forces acting on gravity retaining wall,derived the calculation forums for factor of safety against sliding and factor of safety against overturning.Through calculations,analyzing the influence of the safety fator under the change of strength indexs,earthquake force and the common action.After that,proposed the value of the safety fator.Through economic analysis and contrast the norms,put forward the goals of anti-earthquake fortfication on roadbed structure.Study the standard for anti-earthquake fortification of roadbed structure is helpful to perfect the anti-earthquake design method,to prevent big economic loss because of the roadbed damages caused by the earthquake,and to have the vital significance for road's normal operation and the relief work.
