Qitaihe City, Heilongjiang Province is an important industrial city, in order to meet multiple targets , such as the city's ecological environment and the harmonious development of the coal industry, reflect the local characteristics to create a garden city, paper through investigating in three types that the city of species diversity, ecosystem diversity and ornamental diversity. analysis the plant diversity current situation , and finally writes a series of planning measures to protect plant diversity..Papers on urban plant diversity assessment, including analysis of the layout of urban green space. Analysis the features of various types of urban green space, can effectively alleviate the coal pollution on the city against; Analysis of the composition of plant resources in the city, the regional characteristics of species composition, vegetation composition of the geographical characteristics of components. Through comparative study, select advantage family and genue, find out suitable plant family and genue growing in Qitaihe; Vegetation community diversity, measured on artificial-natural forest and artificial forest diversity of the community, through a comparative analysis of the difference between the level of community diversity reasons.
