| Since the 1990's,lots of high-grade pavements, especially flexible pavements, have been constructed in our country, which results in lake of bitumen and aggregate. Meanwhile, many flexible pavements have become old and need repair. Old asphalt mixtures need large field for piling and are disposed hardly. If disposed incorrectly, they will pollute soil and water source. So, in order to save the sources and protect environment, it is important to develop recycling old flexible pavements in our country now.This article unifies the road surface maintenance engineering, from Shen Yang to Tie Ling, Shen Yang to Ben Xi two highways had the representative old bituminous mixture to carry on the extraction experiment, obtained aged targets and asphalt penetration, softening point, ductility, carried on the analysis to the worn out asphalt component, the appraisal asphalt degree of aging. According to the asphalt aging and the regeneration mechanism, the worn out asphalt nature, through to several kind of additives comparative analyses, chose the performance fine additives. Take additives the asphalt the penetration, the softening point, the ductility as the control target, had determined the additives proportion. Have conducted the analysis research using the penetration exponential method and the colloid unstable exponential method to the regeneration asphalt, determined the regeneration asphalt stable structure. Using PVN, VTS, PI and CI four methods inspected the regeneration asphalt temperature susceptibility. Through to the softening point, equivalent softening point, 60 degree Centigrade the dynamic viscosity, equivalent crisps spot, the ductility research the high temperature stability and the low temperature crack resistance of the regeneration asphalt. To regenerated asphalt using the RTFOT experiment to conduct the experimental study, evaluate the anti-aged performance of the regeneration asphalt. In order to inspect the asphalt regeneration the bituminous mixture operational performance afterwards, it has carried on the regeneration bituminous mixture road with the performance test.Each experimental analysis indicated that, each target of the regeneration asphalt and regeneration bituminous mixture can satisfy the code requirement, the regenerating effect of the old asphalt is ideal, the regenerator perform reliably, and has a broad application prospect. |
