With the rapid development of China’s highway, above12%of old asphalt pavementneed repair every year in our country, these discarded waste asphalt mixture to reach30000000tons each year. If these waste asphalt mixture was abandoned, not only pollute theenvironment, but also causes the extensive use of stone and mining of forest vegetation, andwhich causes the phenomenon of soil erosion, ecological destruction. Asphalt pavementrecycling technology can promote the sustainable development of highway construction in theworld.Waste asphalt pavement recycling technology can reuse recycling asphalt pavement(RAP), save resource, protect the environment and reduce investment. The aging principleand asphalt recycling principle of asphalt, Optimum asphalt content of hot recycled asphaltmixture of different RAP content was ascertained by Marshal designed method werediscussed in this paper. Through the laboratory tests of adhesion, Marshall stability, remnantsstability and freeze-thaw splitting; and the strength formation mechanism and influencingfactors of Hot Recycling Mixture are analyzed. Summed up the reasonable mixture ratio ofhot recycled asphalt mixture and the use of principles and the optimum dosage ofRegeneration agent.Through analysis of regenerative agent on the properties of asphaltmixture regeneration effect showed that: adding recycling agent, water stability of recycledasphalt mixture is increased, the dynamic stability is also increased, Through different asphalton recycled asphalt mixture road performance analysis indicated that: the use of recycledasphalt modified asphalt mixing the mixture with the road can be significantly better than thematrix asphalt. At last, the method of recycling old material,the stacking principle,the oldmaterial production and construction technology, the paving process of hot recycled asphaltmixture in this paper, The mixing temperature of recycled asphalt mixture is determined byviscosity temperature curve which is from151℃to157℃, the temperature of pavementconstruction compaction is from140℃to145℃.
