| The paper summarizes the performance of domestic and foreign automobile technology of the braking testing,including testing equipment,testing methods analyzing the existing problems of testing equipment.proposing a new idea which hope through the study of distribution of braking load of the shaft for the automobile to obtain the value of distribution of the force of ground braking of before and after shaft,and use it to improve detection and deficiencies of automobile braking.On the basis of mathematical simulation of the above principles to the theoretical foundation,the paper set up equations of the math model with an economy car for the vehicle prototype,and set up the 4 degrees of freedom and 7 degrees of freedom simulation model of the braking load of automobile with the simulation software of MATLAB/Simulink.The simulink model make use of the method of nested sub-system,make the model more clearly, setting the parameters and assignments,obtain the results of simulink through a number of debugging,from the result of simulink model,we can see the distribution of braking load of the shaft for the automobile.The paper extract the data of simulation from the working space with the order of the procedures of MATLAB and base on the data of simulation of braking load of shaft which obtained by the simulation,combining with the theory of statistical analysis,regard reducing speed as the factor of compensation of D-value of dynamic load and static load through the analysis and set up a mathematical model.the use of compensation model can be directly calculate the value of braking load of shaft.This is not only important to the testing of automobile performance,but also important to the manufacturer of the automobile. |
