Study On Building Energy-saving Environment Ethic

Building energy-saving means,under indoor thermal comfortable environment conditions,advancing energy utilization ratio and reducing building energy consumption by adopting reasonable architecture design and choosing wall material, insulation roof material,door and window and air conditioner.Building energy-saving was valued by western developed countries in 1970's,which based on the background of global energy crisis,ecological crisis and global warming.At present,the world faces such problem as unusual change of global climate resulting from greenhouse gas large emission.As a responsible developing country,China pays much attention to the problem,promoting energy saving and emission reducing,reducing greenhouse gas emission and developing economy at the same time.In 1980's,China started building energy-saving work.Building energy-saving was carried out compelling restricted purpose Since 2007.Manufacture,transportation and building are three mainly energy consumption industry and also were called "three tigers ".According to building energy-saving experts,energy consumption already held nearly 46.7%in the energy areas.So the significance of building energy-saving is very important.Building energy-saving has direct relationship with the goal of energy saving and emission reducing which was made in the Eleventh Five-Year Plan,and concept of scientific development fulfill in the architecture,improving of the ecological environment,the quality of people's life and the international image of our country.The accomplishment of building energy-saving is a complicated system,it needs not only government exert economic,law and indispensable administration way to compelling promoting,but innovation of science and technology to supply the technical supporting,humanities and social sciences research the environment ethic to supply new moral supporting for building energy-saving and the construction of ecological civilization through moral examining towards various waste acts about energy and resource.Based on the above knowledge,"Building energy-saving environment ethic thinking " is selected as researching subject,try to discuss the basic theory of environment ethic,supply the principles and regulations to building energy-saving and do some work to improve people's consciousness of energy saving and emissions reducing.This paper mainly consists of five chapters.Chapter one introduces research background,research present condition of domestic and abroad and research significance of the paper and so on.Chapter two discusses the concept and the features of building energy-saving,summarize the development course and the mainly facing problems of our country's building energy-saving.Based on this,the significance of building energy-saving is explored.Chapter three summarizes the environment ethical basis of building energy-saving,introduced environment ethical ideology of China traditional culture,human being and nature theory of Marxist environment philosophy, the basic views of all kinds of modern western environment ethical genre and the it's guidance significance.Chapter four discusses the theory and principle of building energy-saving environment ethical.The paper points out the basic ideas that are harmony between human and nature,sustainable development,concept of scientific development and ecological civilization.The basic principle is:ecological balance, saving,justice and efficiency.Lastly,the paper puts forward the existent problems, original responsibility and obligation of the related main body of building energy-saving.The subject is sub-project of national "863"project,which is "The research of ultra-low energy consumption architecture design in solar energy enrichment.
