With the growing needs of the community,the miniaturization trends of vibration compaction machinery are becoming evident.The small vibration compaction machine have the characteristics of light weight,small size,mobility,easy operation,especially suitable for a solid foundation of a narrow space.At present,It mainly used in civil engineering,construction,road works,municipal construction and other projects.The small vibration compaction machinery has become essential for the construction of modern society.At present,compaction machinery products include:frog tap machine,type roll road,static effect roll road,vibratory roller and walk-behind vibratory roller,etc.The productions of small vibration compactors are all small except the frog tap machine. The frog tap machines have the characteristics of simple structure and low prices,But also have the shortcomings-the poor reinforce effect,shallow operating depth, exposed eccentric block,working noise,poor security,pollution of the environment, labor-intensive operators,Its energy consumption more than vibration impact compactor. Vibratory Roller got the widely popular with its technical performance,operating efficiency,low energy consumption,simple operation.There are no more mature domestic Walk-behind vibratory roller product.So we are in urgent need of research and development of their own intellectual property rights,light weight,small size,compacts structure,the effect of compaction,and compaction efficiency,cost-effective small-scale mechanical compaction.Auto-move Vibration Impact Compactor Roller is a multi-degree of freedom vibration system.We simplify the system to create a mathematical model of freedom because of a variety of constraints.I lay a solid foundation for the adoption of machine-depth analysis of the working principle,the establishment of a differential equation on the basis of predecessors.From the theoretical analysis of the original prototype planetary drive system and braking system in the cause of the problem and optimal design of its structure.Figure the drawing parts with the software of CAD.Use the three-dimensional software of Proe to virtual install and test the overall interference. Its practical through the trial and provide theoretical support for the installation of prototype.Prototype was installation is completely in a factory at the northern suburb of Xian at the mid-April 2009,through the initial testing,the prototype achieved the desired results.
