| Thermal power plant is an important life line project,and the main factory building is the core of thermal power plant.Because the technology craft has special requirements to structural arrangement,which makes the main factory building structure to become a typical irregular with staggered floo,discontinuous floor slab,step back and uneven distribution of load.Therefore,it is very difficlt to estimate dynamic properties,and it is complex of carrying capacity and deformation under seismic action.With the development of country's power industry,the units volume is increasing rapidly,and it's impossible or very unreasonable to use traditional RC frame-bent structure for main factory building.Because it's very difficult to meet the stiffness and load-capacity requirements even if structure member cross-section is big.At present, Steel Frame-Steel Braced is the main form for large units volume(100MW) main factory building in high seismic zone.However,the form of Steel Frame-Steel Braced has restricted the technics arrangement and operation space,and with high structure cost and maintenance fee.because this structure form need large number of brace to ensure sidesway stiffness.A new S.R.C abnormal coloumns system for main factory building was proposed regarded a 1000MW steel structure main factory building as prototype in this paper. Dynamic properties of structure,gravity second order effect,one-way seismic response spectrum analysis;two-way seismic response spectrum analysis,different types of soil effect,distinctness between 3-d model and 2-d model,time-history analysis were analysised by SAP2000.Focus on understanding load transfer mechanism,the force characteristics,seismic behavior and failure mechanism of main factory building,so as to create condition to the combination structure of a reasonable system of seismic design and structural measures.The calculation results show that steel-concrete composite structure was good for the kind of main factory building with great stride,great load,Irregular size structure under seismic action.The use of steel reinforced concrete structure was not only increased strength and stiffness but also ductility,so as to find a new way for the form of main factory building. |
