Discusses The Fusion Of Modern Commercial Street Space And The Traditional Culture

As the activities of consuming become the most important public activities in our life,commercial buildings play a more and more important role in pitch point/plot space in cities.And the style,the scale and the item of business have changed a lot nowadays.To a certain extent,it can be a kind of "little city".Along with the developing of the commercial buildings,the projects of commercial street had became an attractive style building in a city.The sophisticated composition of the projects,abundant space systems and the distinct figure have become a focus.But it needs a lot of relative workers participating in it,because of the abundant backgrounds of involving social,economy,culture and politics.In this work,the research proceeds from two aspects mainly.Firstly,by way of researching on the political,economic and culture backgrounds of commercial building producing,we can sort the commercial building bases on the results of the research. And after researching the formation and the feature of the shopping streets both home and abroad,and lots of reading and analysis of practical designing of relative buildings, I have a conclusion of the common principle in planning the commercial building and the site planning.Secondly,go deep into the investigation of the architecture culture,folk custom and culture festival in the central Shaanxi plain(especially the Xi'an district).And I start from the entire style and features,traditional space succession organizing and the features of single building,trying to investigate the agreement between culture and commerce,researching on the necessary of grafting them,and feasibility and the concrete operating methods when they combine in these kinds of projects.According to the project " Qin Han Tang" culture & shopping square,I analysed the site environment between "QuJiang" district and the big wild goose pagoda,I think this place is particular in shopping building design because its cultural context,and I summarized how the prier theory analysis worked.From the planning and positioning,planning design to the designing of single building,landscape.And how these factors keep the commercial atmosphere and bring in the regional culture and express it.
