| Being one of the core technologies of pseudo designing and manufacture actualization, the major task of pseudo assembling and locomotion simulation system is to apply visualization instrument to study and solve the problem of products' fitness for assembling as well as testing in movement interference. This paper shows that on the basis of the model established with Pro/ENGINEER parameter, by adopting computer simulation technology, and through person-computer interaction interface, a complete pseudo process of model establishment, building and management of accessory storeroom, simulation assembling along with movement intimation is tried on Lexus Type400 auto engine. As a result, the technology of dynamic assembling and simulation is realized in auto engine, and period needed for designing shortened, development cost reduced, it meanwhile provides a technical assistance in finite element analysis. What makes it more significant is that this system has created a simulation training process for students at occupational college when having their practice training. With this system, the students therefore turn to be more participative, teaching and learning more effective; students' perceptual knowledge enhanced, theory and practice hence reach a perfect unification; the inadequate input of establishment and instrument in occupational school is made up, and consumption and waste of raw material reduced.In order to implement this subject study successfully, prior to the study, the writer himself joined by students of auto maintenance major in 2006, mapped and established three-dimensional model for 200 spare parts of Lexus Type400 auto engine by using Pro/ENGINEER software; and by using VB, a set of systematic, scientific and rationalized management system for auto engine spare parts was designed, which was used to provide students simulated assembling training; simulated assembling and movement of auto engine was also finished at that time, and two sets of cartoon with MPG format developed.By taking Lexus Type400 auto engine as example, this paper has demonstrated the application of computer simulation technology in occupational education. The one-semester practical training of students has proved that this system has not only solved the problem of inadequate equipment input in practice training as well as that of over-consumption of raw-material during which, but also greatly induced the enthusiasm of students to take part in learning, making students feel easy to move from complete text-book learning to the link of practical training, the latter being with a feature of independent, initiative and interesting. The shortcoming of textbook knowledge that usually stays static and unmovable is avoided, and students' understanding about the inner composition and principle of machine got promoted, relationship of spare parts to be assembled and the sequence of assembling got clear. This system is a conductive training link for students before real operation, it can provide necessary guarantee once they are put to their working post, and thus we can also call it a pre-post training. |
