In order to effectively mitigate urban traffic congestion and low efficiency, our country is energetically developing urban rail transit. Up to the time of October 2008, there were nearly 30 lines in operation, which were nearly 770 kilometers in length. It is expected that by 2050 the overall length will exceed 4500 km. With the development of urban rail transport network, transfer stations' establishment became the key factors to influence the effiency of network. However, owing to lack of long-term planning, the establishment is unsatisfactory. The following facts are shown: platform congestion, long transfer channel, waken transfer convenient, so reasonable planning is to solved. This paper discussed some key problems of establishment through evaluation. Concrete study results are as follows:(1) Research on the transfer manner and facility layout. Determine comprehensive evaluation index system through the analysis of various influence factors. Determined the various targets appraisal value's definite method, and designated the quota and the stationary index targets' standardization methods.(2) Build fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the transfer staion, and Xizhimen station is taken for evaluated. This article uses the second-level fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation model, selects the method which the expert allocation and on-the-spot investigation unifie to determine the index's membership. Use the Analytic Hierarchy Process to definite the target weight, and obtain Xizhimen transfer station's final evaluation results.(3) Based on the evaluation results, analysis the existing problems and puts forward some corresponding measures for improving. Stimulate the improved transfer stairs and escalator with the VISSIM model. Based on the stimulation results, verifies the improvements' feasibility.
