ABSTRACT:With the development of urbanization process, in our country, many big cities have adopted the urban rail transit as backbone and the diversification of public transportation as main subject of passenger traffic network. Along with the enlargement and improvement of the line network scale, the problem of rail transit transfer is increasingly outstanding. A big problem is that the type selection and internal facilities allocation of the rail transit transfer become more and more influence the level of Passenger traveling. Therefore, the function of the transfer station has been carried on to evaluate and find a transfer plan to satisfy passengers has become a great subject.The paper analysis and summarize the rail transit transfer cases at home and abroad and the characteristics of transit passenger flow, Try to get a suitable solution method to solve the existing problems of the current transfer station.First of all, mainly from the angles of the position relation of line, explained the classification of types of transfer stations and the characteristics of transfer types in various different, and analyzed the impact factors of urban rail transfer mode.Secondly, analysis the characteristics of urban rail transit passenger flow, in view of the transfer station, characteristics of passenger flow are summarized from both aspects of psychological and behavioral.Once again, analysis the existing problems and reasons of the current transfer station, the methods and measures of Solving Problems are put forward by from different angles.Finally, according to the characteristics of transfer station passenger flow, in view of the existing problems of the Beijing Metro Station and put forward a set of evaluation system, and evaluate the function of New Street South Side transfer station Between Beijing Metro Line 5 and Line 10.
