Transit-Oriented Development(TOD)advocates that public transportation should be the mainstay,and rational development and utilization of urban land should be conducted to guide the sustainable development of the city.The relationship between urban land development and utilization and urban transportation has mutual influence,mutual restriction and mutual promotion.Public transportation is mainly rail transit,In China,there are still some problems in the process of developing urban rail transit and urban land development and utilization.This article aims to solve these problems and make suggestions through a comprehensive evaluation of the land use around rail transit stations.The article first analyzes the research status at home and abroad,expounds the theoretical knowledge of the impact of rail transit stations on the development and utilization of surrounding land,Then on this basis,the following aspects of research and conclusions are carried out:(1)Delphi method is used to select indicators and build an evaluation system.15 specific indicators are selected from five aspects: land development and utilization,service level of transportation system,economic benefit,socialbenefit and environmental benefit.And build a comprehensive evaluation model combining AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.(2)Select a rail transit station in Nanning for a case study.Use the established comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate,draw evaluation conclusions,discuss the advantages of the TOD model in guiding the development and utilization of land around the site,find deficiencies,summarize and put forward opinions.(3)The index system established in this paper can also play a reference and enlightening role in the construction of other TOD sites,to evaluate whether the TOD site planning to be built is detailed,the problems to be paid attention to in the construction of TOD sites,and to evaluate the overall benefits of TOD sites that have been built.(4)The research in this paper is of practical significance for the balanced development of rail transit and land use,which can help ease the capital shortage of rail transit construction and ensure the long-term good operating income of rail transit,which provides a useful discussion for solving the problems of large investment and low income of urban rail transit in China,reducing urban congestion and environmental pollution.
