At present,the simply supported beam has been widely used in the railway construction in China.The simple supported beam has many advantages,such as stress simple,mature and simple design,prefabricated in large quantities,feasible and convenient construction.According to the requirement of a large number of small and medium-span bridges in the railway,a standard span simply supported beam is needed. In this way,it is only need to design the pier,so the work of design is reduced,the time of construction is also reduced,and the quality of the construction can be guarantee.China started to research and development pre-tensioned simple supported T beam from 1958,the form of prestressed reinforcement is linear,the largest span limited to 20m.With the requirement to the durability of the bridge structure in the modern railway,the study of the pre-tensioned beam becomes more and more important.In this paper,combination of a specific research project,a ballasted track using pre-tensioned, mixed-tensioned prestressed 32m concrete simply supported T beam with a speed of 200,160km of passenger and freight railway is researched.According to the need of the subject,the form of the reinforcement of the pre-tensioned prestressed concrete simply supported T beam is linear.In this paper,the research work has done as follows:(1) Respectively using four beams of pre-tensioned(or mixed-tensioned) design plan and six beams of pre-tensioned(or mixed-tensioned) design plan,through using the software,the feasibility of the four designs is verified.(2) Using the ANSYS to analyze the beam end of the pre-tensioned and mixed-tensioned prestressed simply supported T beam.(3) From the theoretical aspect to study the structural measures of the pre-tensioned and mixed-tensioned prestressed simply supported T beam.(4) Analysis the bond length and its influencing factors of the pre-tensioned prestressed T beam,and give a trial plan to determine the actual bond length.(5) Using the software to analyze the dynamic of the pre-tensioned T beam.
