Along with the continuous development of prestressing technology,it has become more and more widely used in civil engineering field.And with the continuous improvement of living standards,people on the building of a large space,large span requirements also will be increased.This prompted the current building in the construction of a large span structure system.The application of prestressed technology can not only solve the problem of large span concrete beam stiffness problem,but also be a good crack control component,and has better economic performance,so this technology is widely used in large span and cracks on the frame structure in higher.However,in the reinforced concrete frame structure,design and construction,there are still some defects and shortcomings,to a large span of reinforced concrete frame structure to bring some security risks.For example,the tension control of the prestressing tendon is not accurate,the prestress loss is too large,etc..This article focuses on the design and construction of large span prestressed concrete frame beams,which are often used in the following four aspects:(1)Collection of domestic and foreign literature on the design and construction of prestressed,understanding of the design and construction of prestressed concrete structure and construction of the status quo and dynamic.(2)Based on the theory of prestressed pull double control technology,the factors that cause the loss of prestress prestressed concrete frame beam of post tensioned and inverted arch value calculation analysis,specific measures and suggestions to reduce the loss of prestress.(3)In Handan,after the tensioned prestressed frame structure engineering as an example,the prestressed frame beam YKWL3 as the research object,to carry out post tensioned tension stress and elongation value,and the loss of prestress and frame beam in bearing,midspan stress calculation;simulation analysis of the prestressed concrete frame beam by using Midas Gen software,which provides reference for the design and construction of prestressed concrete.(4)Handan city with a post tensioned prestressed concrete frame structure of the actual construction,often appear on post tensioned prestressing construction preparation and the problems in the process were analyzed and summarized,the corresponding measures of prevention and remedy,can provide some reference for the construction ofsimilar engineering in the future.
