With the construction of the high speed passenger railway lines in our country, their transportation organization, passenger organization and some other management biopic about the operation of the railway lines have been on the agenda, and must be studied ahead of schedule to meet the development. Compared to the traditional railway, the passenger transportation special line is only for passenger with high speed, and is easy influenced by the passenger travel time and the travel demand time-distributed ill proportioned. The passenger railway line will lighten the transport pressure on the mainline in our country, release passenger-transport capacity and increase the cargo-transport capacity in the existing line, save the travel time of passenger, and increase the railway operation efficiency. It has great significance for the full construction of the well-off and harmonious society, and realizing the great-leap-forward development of the railway in our country.Along with the developing of general-speed line and the speed-improving line, and the incoming of the dedicated passenger traffic line, it results in the railway transportation corridor with those lines and there are both passenger and freight trains on the general-speed line. Railroad transportation corridor is important aisles to connect different areas in our country. Is it rational that the division work between high-speed rail lines and conventional rail lines? This will influence capacity of lines, improve the speed of passenger and freight car and advance the quality and level of organization services.The concrete contents are as follows:Firstly, makes technology and economical analysis on the existing lines and the dedicated line, the differences of operation between high-speed rail lines and conventional rail have been compared, come to conclude of the dedicated passenger linetransportation special line to be in the leading positions in the future in the passenger transportation market. But in the short time in the railway transportation corridor cannot realize completely already wired "transports freight", the passenger transportation special line "will transport the guest" division of labor pattern.Secondly, from two stratification planes to make the definition of division of labor, the one who proposed this article main research was in the homogeneous transport mode transportation division of labor, and elaborated the transportation division of labor goal. Based on the welfare economics, it discussed the public goods and the personal effects marriage, the railroad the ambiguity which must manifest in the operation aspect, the union "the efficiency" and "fair", when induced must make all passenger's sum of marginal advantage to supply with the railway transportation the marginal cost which is equal, the social welfare can achieve in a big way, and has analyzed the rail transportation system division of labor principle and the influencing factor.Thirdly, Because of the deficiency of historical materials, after investigating several forecasting methods of railway passenger flow, thesis uses the OD matrix estimation to estimate the OD flow between each plot through taking the passengers distribution density as the section observation. Takes Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger transport corridor for example, treats 2005 as the base year, forecasts the railway OD flow about Wuhan-Guangzhou between 28 plots in 2015.At last, According to each influence railway transportation corridor's division of labor's factor, has established the multi-objective programming optimization model, and elaborates the model algorithm and the step. Take the military broad railway transportation corridor as the example, through analyzes the military broad passenger transportation special line and already the wired line condition, unifies the multi-objective programming model, obtains the goal year, did the military broad railway transportation corridor system's division of labor plan, how to divide the work the plan to obtain in finally the system to safeguard has carried on the brief discussion.
