Research Of Locomotive Crew Scheduling System Upon Preferences Of Drivers

The locomotive crew route arrangements that we used today are most followed the traditional way.We only focus on efficiency,economy actors,but the neglect of the demand for locomotive driver.With the development of society,this extensive type of management no longer meets the needs of today.It should be to make improvements in the locomotive crew and pay more consideration to the views of locomotive drivers. When arranging the locomotive crew route,we should meet the demand for locomotive driver.To improve the ovemU efficiency of rail transport,it includes the equipment factors and human factors.Improvement of equipment and cannot completely replace direct labor,on the contrary,the application of new equipment for the comprehensive quality of staff has put forward higher requirements.While stressing at the same time updating their equipment,it shouldn't neglect the human factor in production.Not only the economic and technical factors need to be considered in the arrangement of locomotive crew route,but also consider the people.This paper focus on the problem, and use survey and numerical treatment methods,set up to evaluate the locomotive crew system.Score has been the effectiveness of the matrix,into a standard optimization method for solving the assignment problem.Then achieve optimal delivery of the order value by an appropriate arrangement for cross-optimized stuff routing table.Adhere to the people-oriented management of the implementation of human nature in order to play the effectiveness of the equipment to ensure transport security,improve the transport efficiency of the ultimate goal.Locomotive crew arrangements on the locomotive drivers' own willingness has an important practical significance,but less in the previous study.Comparison of cases by applying validation,this paper presents a solution to achieve the desired objective.
