Research On Use And Management Optimization Strategy Of Maintenance Department Trainmen

Railway transport in China's national economic activities and people's daily travel plays a very important role,and the railway maintenance department is responsible for passenger and freight trains and EMU trains' traction.China Railway as China's "one Belt,one Road" key construction projects has been attracting more and more attention of the world,and "China Railway" has become China's important business card on our economic development.With the rapid development of China's railway industry,the railway is also facing fierce competition in the transport market.Then,as a "leader" for rail transport,the maintenance department system must shoulder the historical task of railway reform and development,inherit and carry forward the traditional "locomotive" spirit of the railway system.The rapid development of China's railway not only puts forward new technical requirements for the hardware equipment but higher requirements for the transport safety.The basic quality and operational skills of the maintenance department trainmen have become an important part of the safety production,as the railway maintenance departments are the intersection of all the major railways in the transportation production.The existing professional trainmen management model basically is the traditional management model which has been unable to meet the new situation under the railway development needs,with unreasonable phenomenon more prominent.The maintenance department is currently facing shortage of trainmen,poor staffing and poor training.At present,the establishment of a training system of trainmen with high quality,excellent professional knowledge,adequate reserves of personnel is an indispensable task for the railway development.With the railway maintenance department trainmen used as the research object,this paper systematically studies the use and management of professional trainmen through the literature collection,field research,Chinese and foreign management model comparison and statistical analysis,includes: Introduction to the maintenance department human resources,development of maintenance department trainmen,promotion of maintenance department trainmen,selection of high-speed rail trainmen,optimization of distribution of maintenance department in different places,idea and basic principle of optimization of the traffic route,adjustment of the maintenance department traffic as well as evaluation of effect of the trainmen management.The focus of the use and management should not be limited to "use",but "use" and "management" as a whole,the key is to lay a solid foundation for use through effective management.The content of this paper not only aims at the actual difficulties of the current shortage of professional trainmen,but also puts forward the optimization ideas of the management of the trainmen in the new situation of railway development,and the mechanism of selecting and cultivating maintenance department trainmen with sustainable characteristics,further improving the use of management system of the maintenance department trainmen.
