Also it can give a strong promotion to the development of township enterprises, strengthen the material and cultural exchange between city and country to meet the material and cultural needs of spacious countrymen, and to level off prosperous and orderly social situation.In order to complete the task of construction of rural roads with quality and quantity, it is necessary to study the quality control problems of rural roads systematically. The typical pavement structure and technical standards, suit to rural roads, should be established. It is known to all, China is a country with a vast territory, it is very different in economy development and naturally terrain in every Province. So it is unscientific and unfeasible to establish a technical standard to guide the construction of rural roads in whole country. So the technical standard according to each especially instance should be established independently.This paper which depends on the Hebei provincial technologieal projects"Study on the Quality Control Problems of Village to Village Highway"from the factors such as physical geography, transport vehicles constitute, the level of economic development and so on, that effects the form of rural roads pavement structure in QinHuangDao city. Use the form of rural road pavement structure in some provinces and cities for reference, analysis the research of rural roads both here and abroad, combine the findings of investigation with the type of cars traveling on the rural roads, the cars capacity of every country and district, common types of road structures and materials in Qinhuangdao City. Under the relevant provisions of pavement design specifications, working out the rural road pavement structure of Qinhuangdao by plot out the grade of traffic and earth base intensity in Qinhuangdao City, and attach the rational parameters of road structure design. After that, using illegibility administrative levels analytical method to carry through the optimization design of the road structure, and make a functional performance and economical efficiency compare between cement concrete pavement and bituminous pavement. At the end of that, put out some proposals on the control of road construction quality. |
