The Inner Mongolia autonomous region across our country northeast, north China,northwest three areas, and black, jil, liao, ji, jin, shan, gan, ning, eight provinces and regionsadjacent to the border for more than4000kilometers, land area of118square kilometers.Inrecent years, the autonomous region provincial trunk highways and county road got rapiddevelopment by leaps and bounds, but the road to rural village as an organic part of roadnetwork had slow development. At present there is no complete typical structure that adaptto regional characteristics and economic development of our practical rural village roadpavement.Therefore, it needs to be based on the country road materials, geological hydrologyand climate conditions, etc,and then to develop a typical pavement structure which has perfectsystem to suit for different characteristics of rural village road to guide the rural pastoral arearoad construction.The thesis based on the investigation of natural conditions of rural village road,including highway engineering landforms and pavement materials distribution,survey characteristics and index of natural highway regionalization,surveyed the usage of existing rural village road and the observation of traffic surveydata and the study of traffic features, the level division to rural road traffic will guide thepavement design and construction in autonomous region.In this paper, based on the research of the small traffic pavement structure at home andabroad, the thesis has a large number of investigation and experimental research,such as therural road surface layer, base material selection, technical requirements, and designparameters, all of this based on the investigation and analysis on the road materials, trafficvolume and the status of the existing road use, etc, and then combining with the characteristicof autonomous region. on the basis of the research we obtained the selection,composition anddesign parameters of rural village road subgrade pavement materials, and draw lessons fromthe past rural village road construction experience, through theoretical analysis andexperiment validation, combined with the Inner Mongolia region climate and naturalconditions, recommended for different levels of rural village road surface layer and basematerial, and13kinds of typical pavement structure type, put forward the pavement typical structure of rural village road in every league and city, achieve rationalization anddiversification of the rural village road building.This article analyzed the construction quality control factors, including two aspectscomprehensive study that are factors of highway engineering characteristics and constructionmanagement factors. Made4levels to the rural village road traffic hierarchies,provided moreaccurate positioning to local governments at all levels in rural village road construction,highlighted the principle factors that affect the service life of the two kinds of pavementstructure, determined the construction quality control key points of two pavement structuretypes.
