The form of Plasma's magnetic domain and LHCD analysis in EAST are introduced. We have designed HXR diagnosis ray lines.A new CZT-based horizontal hard X-ray diagnosis apparatus which according to horizontal tangent array has been designed and established that being used on the level windows of HT-7U tokamak. The project studies the key technical problem of establishing virtual prototype model,three-dimensional virtual prototype model that has been established by using SolidWorks software.Using the finite element analysis software COSMOS,the FEM model of the crucial component is established and static analysis is completed. The design requirement of the hydraulic is support's structural member strength is guaranteed.Basing on the virtue of mechanism, electric and hydraulic system,we adopt the labview and simulink teamwork work which include control and simulation.Gain a more satisfactory electro-hydraulic position servo control system, using the movement emulator COSMOSMotion, the relative position, the relative motion and other parameter of each component are ensured,The models of 4-linkage mechanism of hydraulic support is established. Basing on analysis of multi-body system dynamics model,we complete the optimization design of 4-linkage mechanisms of hydraulic support. In the recent experience. The measure results indicate that the diagnosis discreteness elements of design are accurate. Its performance is well enough to satisfy special resolving power and radicalization shield requirements. Thus it is the largest in the fusion community dedicated to hard X-ray studies emitted by the plasma between 20 and 200 KeV.
