Vibration of powertrain mounting system is a key factor of affecting the NVH(Noise Vibration and Harshness).How to effectively optimize the vibration of powertrain mounting system became an important research of NVH.This research was based on the project carried out by Great Wall Automobile Group to optimize the vibration noise of a family car.The main content in this paper includes:1.Experimental study,such as mass center,principal axis of inertia and moment of inertia,confirmation of suspending component installation site,stiffness and damping characteristic parameter,etc.2.Research and analysis of engine excitation,primarily the calculation of inertia force of linkage piston mechanism.3.Establishment of model for the kinetic analysis of powertrain mounting system by ADAMS(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems).4.Introduce amplification factor and stability margin into evaluation of powertrain mountings system vibration.5.Energy decoupling optimization through the adjustment of suspension component stiffness,installation site and angle.6.Vibration isolation optimization of suspension system,and verification through model experiments.
