The research of dissertation aim at Mid and Final Drive Reducer mixing assembly line, including two sides: the facilities planning and the assembly line's line balancing problem. The dissertation introduced the structure, assemble technics and assemble equipment of the Mid and Final Drive Reducer. Contraposing the problem such as lack of dynamic, lack of visual and the oversights are easy to come out in the task section, the dissertation introduce a new design method which was combined by systematic facilities planning and visual tools to program the assembly line and storage area. This will improve the veracity and reliability of the enterprise's overall arrangement, and will confirm the leash of the machine's position, personal territory, and the product space position and so on, and will afford the essential leash qualification to the assembly line's balance. Which will make the balance emulation of the assembly line more tally with the actual manufacture condition.Contraposing to the lack of study on the traditional mixing assembly line rely on one position to multi-product, this dissertation try to establish a model about one position to multi-product. Take the drive reducer assembly line as an example, put up the model to analysis and modeling, design the applicability function which base on Hormone Adjustment Mechanism Genetic Algorithm, to elect intersect and variance arithmetic operators, try to get the answer of the balance problem of multi-product's mixed assembly line. At last, make use of the Matlab to compile emulation arithmetic proceeding to imitate the model, validate the feasibility and validity of the model. This research is a whole optimize design from facilities planning to working procedure distribution, and is capable of efficiency consult to the automobile corporation to establish the Drive Reducer assembly line. |
