The Aircraft Engine Vibration Meter with high precision based on MSP430 microprocessor has been studied in this paper. This instrument was characterized by high precision, good anti-interference ability and working stably.This paper first introduces the principle of vibration measurement and vibration measurement system, analysis of the existing aircraft engine vibration apparatus dedicated the advantages and disadvantages, then designed based on the MSP430 vibration measuring instrument, can overcome the disadvantage of existing apparatus, and at last described in detail the measuring principle and design of software and hardware. The vibrometer used 16 AD converter ADS7809 chip for A / D conversion, a dedicated programmable band-pass filter for filtering , RMS circuit for the amplitude, and the pressure-frequency convert circuit for frequency, then can implementation of the band-pass vibration displacement measurement. Then, the paper also illustrates the working principle of the apparatus, introduce the vibration measurement system hardware module functionality, chip selection and debug results. In terms of software design, first introduce MSP430-based modular software design flow, focused on the design of band-pass filter, scaling algorithm, as well as procedures for implementation. Finally in accordance with the measured data, an analysis of the accuracy of equipment, stability, and improvement measures.Experiment results shows that the Vibration Meter has met the requirement of high control accuracy and high reliability.
