Auto Exicitation Regulation control device is an important component in excitation system of synchronous generator, is one of the most important auto device in electrical system. Auto magnetizing control device plays a important role in strengthening stability of electrical system and improving its dynamic quality.According to present situation and features of auto magnetizing device, the paper develops a auto magnetizing device based on double single-chip micro computers. The paper exactly dedicates to the specific structure of hard ware and design of soft ware in auto magnetizing device. This device mainly adapt to small and medium-size enterprises or private enterprise such as sugar houses in Guang Xi. The auto magnetizing device designed by this paper has low price, good compatability of soft ware and can be renewed easily and quickly.The device adopts single-chip microcomputers mega16 and mega8 as the core of sampling and control. How to detect such electrical parameters as voltage, current and frequency is difficult and important parts of the paper. Mega16 is used to sample, circulate and control signals; mega8 is used to control phase-shift sparking in sparking module. By using the control mode of compatible double single-chip microcomputers, we can improve stability of the system, decrease the errors caused by components in the device, strengthen the system's ability of anti-jamming. Double single-chip microcomputer is the originality of the system.
