The influence of different lubrications of sliding bearing on bearing life can be simulated by using the sliding bearing test-bed under the conditions of low-speed and overloaded working. It is of great significance for saving energy and materials to explore solutions to lubrications of low-speed, overloaded sliding bearing. It also will more conveniently and intuitively verify the theoretical calculated results obtained on the basis of assumptions, analyze the influences various factors and changes bring about. And it is of great practical value for theoretical research, teaching and scientific research.The two-phase fluid lubrication effect contrast test of single-phase fluid and gas liquid with temperature and pressure of friction as evaluation index can be realized by using the sliding bearing test-bed designed in this dissertation. The signal output of oil film pressure and temperature, sliding bearing rotating speed, etc are also realized.The structure design of sliding bearing test-bed is introduced at detail, including: general structure design, the design of testing bearing and bearing house, bearing spindle design, determination of line shaft bearing, among which the dissection structure of bearing pad and bearing seat is in favor of the installation and removal of different types of bearing pads. The design of the test system and the loading system of sliding bearing test-bed is also introduced at detail, including the designs of test plan, driving system and loading plan. The hydraulic loading method is used and sensors are arranged in the same side with cylinder, that is, the side of bottom bearing shell. There are thirty sensors arranged on the bearing pads which are 120-millimeter-wide, 160-millimeter -wide, 200-millimeter -wide separately. And the other ten sensors are arranged on the bearing pads which are 40-millimeter -wide and 80-millimeter -wide separately. The whole three-dimensional model is built up. And the finite element analysis of bearing seat and spindle is given. The result is showed that the structures of bearing house and spindle meet the design requirements.
