Our country pay increasing attention to energy-efficient building in recent years, building the wall on the thermal requirements of more and more high,a variety of energy-saving light block widely used.Substituting the use of granulated blast furnace slag sand mortar developed thermal insulation properties of materials with similar block at the same time as compared with ordinary mortar job better,and water-holding capacity,bonding and a smaller shrinkage.The main research topics for the mission:To study the granulated blast furnace slag,Kennedy shell particles and polystyrene expanded perlite cement,fly ash, admixtures on performance,thus to improve the performance of the mortar method, to determine the best mortar mix.First of all relevant standards based on water quenched blast furnace slag performance testing of raw materials;Secondly, adequate mixing mortar at the ratio of expanded perlite and polystyrene particles Kennedy shell;again,mixing the right amount of complex admixtures,making the preparation of the thermal insulation mortar Get optimal performance;Finally,to determine the best mortar mix for determination of physical and mechanical properties of mortar-and micro-determination of pore structure and mechanism analysis.The results show that:the impact of thermal insulation properties of masonry mortar there is a major factor in lime-sand ratio,fly ash,the total cementitious materials,aggregate ratio,admixtures,such as composites.Lime-sand ratio the greater the compressive strength,bond strength greater the contraction of an even greater thermal conductivity is also large;of fly ash on the effects of contraction and its content and the mode of mixing,fly ash,in most cases want reduce mortar bond strength;HF air-enhancer compound can significantly enhance the retention of the mortar,bonding,and crack resistance,waterproof,and features such as impermeability,HF air-enhancer compound can be introduced into the mortar at substantial diameter of 0.1~0.5mm,cutting distribution independent of each other microporous closed increased 10%to 20%micropore rate,reduce the number of Macroporous harmful to the insulation properties of masonry mortar improved; aggregate distribution mortar than for density and contraction must do a greater impact.Mortar is a large amount,uses a wide range of building materials.In construction,building mortar second only to the amount of concrete.The preparation of the mortar at the scene because of objective conditions and technical level of construction personnel and other factors,quality,volatile.Merchandise because of a mortar has many advantages,therefore,merchandise mortar was beginning to accept, and gradually become the world's building materials industry,one of the rapid development of products.The development of building mortar powder fit the national conditions of China are building mortar route of industrialization production technology as well as the development trend of China's construction industry.
